Baptisms

St. John the Apostle Parish, 7601 Vine St, Lincoln, NE 68505, USABaptisms are the last Sunday each month at 1:00 pm. All parents are required to attend the Baptism instruction class if this is your first child to be baptized. The class meets on the Monday prior to Baptism Sunday in the Conference Room at 6:30 pm. Must be a registered and practicing Catholic for six months before the Baptism. Please contact the Parish Office at 402-489-1946 for Baptism instruction arrangements.

Give to St. John’s Church & School on the NEBRASKA CATHOLIC DAY OF GIVING - May 1, 2024.
Advanced Giving is April 15-30. Last day to give is May 8! To donate early, go to stjohnslincoln.com/givingday.We are planning an exciting addition to our campus, an LED sign. The sign will be located off of Vine Street near the northeast entrance into the church parking lot. This sign will be available to groups of St. John’s, including the church, school, Home and School Association, Knights of Columbus, Altar Society, Jets Club, and many more.
We are excited about the potential advertising this sign can be used for: Confessions, Adoration, Holy Day Mass times, Trivia Night, Fish Fry dinners, Harvest Festival, Craft Fair, Parent Teacher Conferences, Kindergarten Preview, Bingo Night, Athletic Events, School Enrollment, as well as positive faith-filled messages. Our goal is $20,000!
