Endowment Dinner
Each year, St. John's 8th grade families host the annual Endowment Dinner to raise money
for future students/families of St. John’s. This year we are trying something different by
raffling off a brand new 2010 Hyundai Sonata. We are selling ONLY 1000 tickets & to help us
meet our goal in helping ALL the children, we are asking the rest of the school families to
help support us with this worthwhile cause. The tickets are only $50.00 each. You can
purchase them this weekend after Mass, at school or the rectory. The drawing will be during
the Endowment Dinner on February 13th, 2010. Anyone selling 10 or more tickets will have
their name in a special drawing for your participation.
You could ask your extended families, friends, co-workers, neighbors if they'd like to help
support us and possibly win a new car in the process! If you would like to get a flyer, we can
e-mail you a copy so that you can show them or place in your break-room at work. THANKS!

ART SUPPLIES
Please save and bring in your newspapers (no slick ads) for ART CLASS. Other items needed
are Shoe boxes, plastic containers such as baby food, frozen dinners and yogurt. Old yarn,

have any ceramic supplies you want to donate to our new adventure please contact the Art
room. If you have an item that questionable, please email Mrs. Alcalde at annaalcalde@cdolinc.net. Thanks for helping our creativity!
